He's just so comfortable in there!

As the long awaited date of March 8th gets closer it looks like our little man might not want to come into the world just yet! During my last Dr. visit on 2/27 my cervic is still closed shut and baby appears to be doing fine. If nothing happens in the next week, the doctor will perform a non-stress test and will determine at that time when we will schedule an induction.
We're getting close to meeting Kyle...but not close enough!!!

Update

We're on the countdown! This week I am at 36 weeks with less than a month to go...all I can say is WOW.

Yesterday Kevin and I went to our first baby shower. (Yes I got my wonderful husband to come with me- talk about out of his element!!!!). But he was a trooper. I hope to have pictures up soon it was a wonderful shower and we got so much great stuff for Mr. Kyle.

I am posting a group work picture taken last week. I haven't taken many pregnant pictures but there is no doubt about it... I AM HUGE!!!

The results are in...

IT'S A BOY!! Kevin and I went to the doctor yesterday and determined that we have a little Kyle Cooper Baird on the way :) We could not be happier!

Update!

I apologize for not updating more frequently, I will definitely have to get better at this! A lot has happened these last couple of months. First of all I am getting the 'pregnant look'. This past weekend I went shopping for a whole new wardrobe that will hopefully fit me for the next 5 months ( I say hopefully- as quick as I have grown these last couple of weeks I can not imagine how big I will be come March).

Kevin's been a trooper through all of this, he listens to me every morning gripe about having nothing to wear, not wanting to go to work, etc. and just smiles and encourages me through it all. He has made this pregnancy one of the best experiences of my life, and thank goodness it is less than half way over!

I have started feeling the little "flutters" in my tummy the last couple of weeks. They are not definite kicks yet but just enough movement to let my know that our little one is definitely growing in there.

October 30th is our next doctor's visit. This will be my 20 weeks visit so hopefully, if everyone cooperates of course, we will find out if we are having a boy or a girl.....more updates to come!
